Construction of twin 23-story towers resting on three 4-story pedestal buildings consisting of 346 luxury hotel rooms and 171 residential units one-million square feet. In addition, the building includes an open-concept lobby, coffee bar, two spa suites, expanded meeting space and a two-story penthouse with private elevator, kitchenette, separate sitting area and king-size bedroom. Power was supplied through 2,300 feet of bus duct that fed hundreds of panels. State-of-the-art lighting in color-changing fixtures was installed and controlled by 12 dimming panels. Temporary power for construction, alone, required 3,200 amps with 3-phase power.
