This project consists of a new 503,856 square foot 10-story cancer treatment center. The work consisted of demolition of the existing building, new central utility plant, new Moffitt replacement hospital, new design build parking garage, new pedestrian bridges from hospital to parking garage and to the McKinley Clinic.
