Meisner Electric received a recognition award on Friday from the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society for its contributions and participation in the “Light the Night” Walk. On hand to receive the award were Megan Feeley (middle-left), Project Manager, who coordinated the event for the Company as well as Bill Dalessandro (middle-right), Executive Vice President/CFO and one of Meisner’s owners. Presenting the award from the local Palm Beach office were Courtney Salter (left), Campaign Director, and Pamela Payne (right), Executive Director, for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Palm Beach County.
The Light the Night Walk raises money for the treatment and to honor the survivors, patients, victims, and family members, who have been stricken with leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin’s disease or myeloma. The event was held at the Ballpark of the Palm Beaches in West Palm Beach on Friday, November 9, 2018. Meisner’s associates demonstrated their commitment by carrying colored lanterns to signify support for the cause, celebrate survivors or patients currently fighting the disease, and honor those fallen victims who lost their battle against cancer.
