This project consists of a four (4) story vertical expansion, interior renovation and removal and replacement of existing stucco. 168,000 sqft of new vertical expansion (of that 146,000 is built out) and 29,000 sqft of interior renovation. Also, there will be work in the existing Central Energy Plant.
