Construction of a new racing tower scoreboard and facility-wide complex lighting around the interior and exterior of the speedway were the major milestones of this project. The 1.5-mile oval track and motorsports facility hosts over 100,000 fans annually including such events as the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series, Xfinity Series, and the Camping World Truck Series. In addition to NASCAR and Ford Motor Company events, the track has hosted the Miami Grand Prix and Indy Racing Car League events over the years. Deadlines were tight to accommodate all the events that occur year-round at the track. The Speedway, acting as contractor, and engineering firm were extremely pleased with the speed and professionalism demonstrated by Meisner during this installation.
