This design-assist project included expansion of the Seminole Tribe of Florida’s Coconut Creek Casino Facility as well as a brand-new 1.3 million square-foot, 7-level parking garage capable of hosting 2,400 guests. The pre-cast parking structure was designed to attain LEED® Silver Certification. In addition to the garage, Meisner upgraded and supplied the power systems to feed 160,000 additional square feet of casino space, restaurants and entertainment venues.
