Construction of a 480,000 square-foot, seven-level automobile showroom, storage and service facility in Miami, which included 80,000 square feet of air-conditioned showroom/office space with 400,000 square feet of inventory storage for over 1,600 cars. Construction was completed in 26 months while sequencing and working around the existing facilities, which remained operational during the entire construction period.
